The organization itself was founded with two\nmain objectives, which are to help people with low income with the access to\nreliable credit sources that they can use to change their life, as well as to\nencourage organizations to help achieve this goal by providing investments and\ndonations. Thus, Community Loan Fund was started as the provider of reliable\ncredit loans for people across New Hampshire who need this kind of opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As time goes by,\npeople use the loans provided by this organization for various purposes,\nincluding building a business, putting their children in the best educational\ninstitutions, buying affordable homes, and many more. Liz explained about the\nfocus of their business loans and how they helped others with it,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cWe offer growth capital to several\ntypes of businesses, including those in the manufacturing, local food,\ntechnology, retail, energy, and professional services sectors, and particularly\nthose that offer jobs to workers who don\u2019t have four-year college degrees.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We offer a full range of business loans\nand investments, and participate with other lenders and investors, to create\ncustomized financing packages shaped to each business\u2019s strategic needs. We\nalso offer referrals to a network of skilled business advisors and resources.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Community\nLoan Fund Minimizes the Risks of Giving Loans to Various Types of Businesses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By providing loans to\nvarious types of business, Community Loan Fund is able to help many business\nowners achieve their goals as well as transform their life to the better. If and when things get difficult for the business,\nwe\u2019re able to exercise patience and find creative solutions.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The\nDifference between the Loans Given by Community Loan Fund and the Traditional\nBanks or Lenders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The loans given by\nCommunity Loan Fund and the traditional banks or lenders differ mainly because\nof the financial sources of this organization. First of all, this organization\nprovides loans from their own private funds, which is what makes this\norganization very flexible in giving a wide range of loans for many people. The\nloan types are also varied, whether it is in the form of investment or\ntraditional lending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As in the case with\nregular banks or lenders, they will usually provide traditional debts to the\npeople without giving any other types of support. We\u2019re also very comfortable partnering with banks and other\nlenders to fill gaps between what they can offer and what a company needs.\nFinally, we bring more than a loan transaction; we\u2019re problem-solvers and\nbridge-builders.
