As a provider of intranet and collaboration tools, Honey.is has reliable plans and tools for it. The service starts at $12 with its basic plan for a minimum of 25 employees. It works on mobile devices too and supports known integrations like Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, Trello, and many others. In all the plans, it even uses SAML tools and has SSO providers like OneLogin, Okta, etc. The cloud interface also uses a 256-bit SSL during any data transfer. Honey.is covers multiple areas to improve the collaboration and information exchange inside an organization. Under the Posts & Content management, it allows us to post different content like media files, codes, documents, etc. It will enable full-text sharing, data and image sharing, and calendar event sharing, followed by media streaming and content drafting.
It supports Feeds & Groups support with content groups, topics, feeds, broadcasts, and visual feeds. The groups can be condensed, made mandatory, privatized, and can be customized to disable certain features. Under the social functions, Honey.is offers commenting, mentions, likes, and in-app notifications. This allows a secure staff search directory too in the company intranet. These searches are fully indexed, which even allows finding files, attachments, texts, etc. too.
Honey.is also has an email service with extensive notification on new mails, activity mails, weekly newsletters, and support multiple email aliases. Similarly, the Administrative section is very well developed to give better control to the admins. Under the control sections, one can assign admins, group moderators, and block/remove users. Admins can pin posts, manage the file access, limit group creation, comment filtering, and change editing permissions.
