EchoSign Review and Overview

Adobe Sign is a popular e-sign product. It was launched earlier as EchoSign in 2005. Later in 2011, Adobe acquired the EchoSign, creating its current Adobe Sign tool. It is used on various platforms with a variety of integrations. It is very beneficial for companies engaging in onboarding, credit applications, legal documents, sales contracts, etc.

Adobe Sign E-sign Tools

There are multiple features in this e-sign tool. Adobe Sign has a single subscription-based plan. The plans are, however, divided based on individual users and businesses. In the single-user plan, they offer a $14.99 monthly subscription. This comes with the full suite of Adobe Acrobat too. It is valid over both Windows and Mac systems.

The services include typical e-sign tools and PDF tools. In E-sign, users can sign most documents, including PDFs, send documents to get others’ sign, auto-notifications, reminders, etc. The included PDF tools are quite basic, like convert PDF files, create new files, edit text and images, and so on.

The Single-User Plan also has many advanced features like auto signature and form filling, in-person signs, store/share audit trails, add hand signatures, password signing, etc. From here, we can track/manage the responses, use advanced mobile features, received stamp, and up to 34 language support.

In the Business Plans, there are two versions, viz., Sign Small Business and Enterprise version. The Small Business plan is at $29.99/license/month. It can be used for up to 9 users. The Enterprise version is for bigger organizations. Both feature advanced e-sign features like bulk signing, customized and signed web forms, etc.

Top features in the business edition are signature requests, company branding/logos, create/manage users & groups. It even uses Mega Sign, collection of payments/sign in the forms, enhanced authentication features, and tons of integrations from products like SalesForce, Workday, Ariba, etc.

Users get tons of customization options in the form of advanced forms, team library, ID-based sign verification, advanced roles/routing, Workflow designer, and support for 30+ languages. Apart from this, we can use advanced admin tools like secure authentications, SSO, corporate IDs, admin transfers with account delegations, all with the compliances from ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc. Adobe Sign truly is a complete e-signature package for many businesses.
