The paid plans only allow 1 GB of daily data ingest. The paid programs are aimed at mid-sized or large businesses. Users can also opt for a 30-day Sumo Logic trial of any of the above-paid plans.

Sumo Logic Subscriptions

In the Sumo Free plan, the log ingest limit is 500 MB daily and a net record of 4 GB. There is no support for metric though in the free plan. When it comes to feature capabilities, many of the advanced features are restricted in this version. The free plan only supports traditional log collection, search & visualization, predictive analytics, LogReduce/LogCompare tools, and outlier detection. It even includes a live streaming dashboard and live tail logs.

In the Pro Plan, Sumo Logic adds additional metrics, real-time alerts, webhooks integrations, and support API. Pro Plan even includes collector management, Sumo Logic apps, and other variable retentions. Contrary to this, the Enterprise plans have a few more advanced tools. This plan supports the budget ingestion and search API access.

It has an exhaustive enterprise audit logging, secure SSO & SAML support, and an app framework for security analytics & PCI compliance. The extra customer support options are only in the paid versions. Overall, Sumo Logic helps in detailed app monitoring and analytics job.
