People HR is a web-based HR software, designed primarily for small and medium-sized businesses. The software provides a platform for all the core activities conducted within the HR stream which mainly includes- application tracking, personnel tracking, performance feedback, etc. The system consists of an employee tracking database, which allows users and clients to create new and latest employee records, fill up the key contact information, and store various documents.

It also includes unlimited document storage capacity, so users are to attach as much paperwork as is found to be necessary to each of the employee’s profile. The application tracking module of People HR, users are allowed to create new job offerings, develop a custom career page that resembles with company’s branding website. The job postings can be customized and when the candidate applies, they are added to the recruitment pipeline, where recruiters can view all their relevant information.

Core HR

This feature includes organization management where the software organizes the employees in the definite structure that can be further used at the time of application process, reporting and permission. Time, attendance and PTO help you to track time attendance, paid time, sick time, schedules, and other workforce-related information. Besides that, expense management allows the functionality for employees to submit expense reports and track the various reimbursements. Additionally, the salary structure manages the position, descriptions and pay grade structure for each role and position. Also, the core HR enables the employees to manage their benefit plans by viewing plans, make changes during open enrolment, and for life event changes.

Workforce management platform

This feature includes labor forecasting, shift scheduling, time and attendance tracking, absence and leaves management, skills management, successful planning, workforce analytics, self-service capabilities, mobile shift scheduling, and team communication. These features allow predicting the number and types of employees necessary to meet anticipated demands, plan employee work shifts according to the availability, and provide notifications to the employees when they are scheduled. It also helps in tracking the number of hours employees have worked through integration and time tracking products; employees can submit plaid time or leave of absence requests as well.

Platform content

This feature is inclusive of automation, file sharing, and content library.
