Leave Management

It allows your employees to raise leave requests through it and you can direct which manager/supervisor etc. will handle it. This also allows you to view all the requests and already granted one in one single place. You can use the leave calendar, their leave history etc. in conjunction to decide whether or not to grant the time off and update the leave balance accordingly. You can also customize it to create a system according to ot your methods- blocking off certain types of leaves, introducing waiting periods, resetting etc.


HRPartner also lets you view your employees’ work. Create a multitude of checklists about anything from the tasks completed to their training progress. Checklists are a great way to chart your employees’ performance and evaluate them as well. You can always reassign the tasks if required through them and modify those any time.


Create and track customized application forms for different positions to be filled, which can be integrated into any website. HRPartner also lets you make a more dynamic hiring process by letting you rope your employees, managers etc. to contribute to the recruitment process. It also lets you track the application Kanban style and move them around through multiple recruitment stages. You can still add some applicants manually as well.
