BreatheHr Review and Overview
Breathe, HR has quite affordable plans. They start from £10 per month for 1-10 employees, £21 for 11-20 employees, and going till 101-250 employee plan at £219 per month. As for any additional tools, they have an add-on called recruitment tracking module. This add-on costs about £5 with two vacancies, and at £20, it offers unlimited vacancy listings. The only difference is in the number of employees it can integrate.
Breathe HR Plans
The primary services and features begin with the centralizing of the staff data. This data can be accessed anytime with the supported devices. The profile of employees can be directly obtained from the employee database. Like this, it also has a document management portal. The files and other official documents can be saved in this storage space. Groups and folders can be made, along with access permissions. All data is secure via encryption and permission tools. Staff members can share and see the view/access stats of files.
Breathe HR Attendance Services
There is an absence monitor tool from the central dashboard. It offers detailed absentee reports with a central calendar. To help in the recruitments, Breathe HR has a dedicated recruitment product. Using this, HR can post online job vacancies with automated profile filters and notifications. The in-built app helps to customize the entire job portal. This can be directly shared across other online recruitment websites. It also features one-click application management. Profiles can also be archived for future use.
Holidays can be managed using the Staff Holiday Planner. This offers a detailed and comprehensive calendar with full attendance and leave management. With a single interface, HR can assign the official leaves and add the additional leaves. It can show the HR upcoming leaves, current leaves, and even the extended ones.
Other than these, Breathe, HR offers proper team management, performance improvement, and onboarding tools. Solutions for payrolls, record management, expense tracking, and streamlined reports with analytics are also present.
