Employee surveys
Employee surveys help the companies to get data to understand how the employees think and feel. It has 5 questions a week and measures 8 dimensions of the company's leadership culture – team spirit, mood, communication etc.
The surveys are designed based on scientifically approved formats from Fraunhofer Institute. Employees need a minimal amount of time to complete the surveys.
Heatmaps based comparison
kununu engage uses heatmaps for comparing the results of each of the teams in the company. Performance and feedback from teams are color-coded, so it’s possible to easily understand which team is working well (blue color) and which one of them is facing challenges (red color).
Sharing opinions made possible
It enables the employees to share their opinions and deal with these opinions directly. Facilitating discussions has been never easy like this due to the simplicity of the service. People can choose important opinions and ideas among the ones submitted, and then Upvote or Downvote according to what they feel is good.
