MyCorporation Business Services, Inc. has been around since late nineties and has completed more than a million filings till now. It was taken over by Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks) in 2004 and was again bought by Deborah Sweeney, the current owner of the company, in 2009. Though not a BBB accredited business, MyCorporation has been given an A+ rating. The company runs its operations from Calabasas, CA and serves mostly small businesses throughout USA and Canada.

Online incorporation and business formation is the core business of the company and they deal in all types of business structures such as S Corp, C Corp, LLC, DBA, Benefit Corporation, Professional Corporation, Non-Profit Corporation and Canada Corporation. Their incorporation package starts from $69 plus state filing fees. Standard and rush filing options are available. Rush filing is usually 85% faster than standard filing since the documents are either couriered or hand delivered directly to the office of the Secretary of the state. It allows you to store your business documents safely, and access them whenever you need to; say for instance, when you apply for a bank account, when your attorney or accountant needs them, etc. For all the MyCorpVault account holders, MyCorporation simultaneously uploads the documents like articles of incorporation, minutes of the meeting, bylaws, annual report, operating agreement, etc. to your account when they file those documents for you. All of your documents are protected with a password and are accessible only to you or the people you choose to share them with. Regular backups and auto archiving enables restoration of old and accidentally deleted files.
